Mark, founder of Mecob Design, is a graphic designer specializing in book cover design, illustration, photography and art direction.

For the past ten years he's worked for the biggest names in book publishing, including Hodder & Stoughton, The Orion Publishing Group and as Art Director for Canongate Books. He founded his own studio in 2010, whose international client list ranges from the biggest conglomerates such as Penguin, HarperCollins and Little Brown to independents such as Faber, Icon and Quercus. His work has been recognised by the D&AD (Design & Art Directors Association), for whom he has judged international design awards. He has taught at various colleges since 2005, including The Nottingham Trent University, from where he graduated in 2001 after completing a BA in Graphic Design.
